SportMember for clubs
The SportMember software is basically divided into two levels, a team level and a club level. At the team level, trainers, members and parents communicate in order to make everyday team life run smoothly. Here the team members can register for activities, share pictures, create surveys, pay match fees, organize car pools and much more!
At the club level, club managers then have the opportunity to access all relevant information from the teams and at the same time can communicate with specific groups in a targeted manner. So if for example a trainer adds a member to his team, the member will also be added to the club's member list.

SportMember has created another level for federations above the clubs: the federation platform.

All contact information - always up to date
Many federations have problems with getting up-to-date contact information from the various club officials and decision-makers at the club. With SportMember this is not a problem, because the contact information of those who have received special rights in the clubs are automatically displayed to the federation. Even if a new person is added or contact information is updated, this is also immediately updated in the federation platform.
Developments in the clubs
If your federation uses the platform for federations, it not only notices when a new club manager is appointed or when contact information is updated. You also get a live overview of all clubs and their development in terms of membership numbers. So you can see when members join or leave clubs.
Events for specific target groups
Many federations have various offers that they would like to present to the coaches and the club officials of their clubs, but only presenting them to the right people can be a challenge. Regardless of whether tournaments, trainings or other events - with the SportMember club platform you can create the dates directly in the calendar of the people for whom the event is of interest. The target group can be set here according to postal code, type of sport, age, gender and role in the club. In addition, the registrations can be handled here and information exchanged, and the event can even be made as a payment activity, where the person has to buy a ticket in order to be allowed to register.

If it's not about an event, but you want to get in touch with the coaches and club officials of your federation about other topics, we have various communication channels for you. Whether emails, push messages or feed posts in the app - with the software for federations you can reach exactly the target groups you want to reach. Just like with the events, the messages that you send via these communication channels can be filtered according to various criteria.
Membership cards & discount cards
Many federations have sponsors that they want to advertise within the federation, but it can be difficult to present the offers to the right target groups. With the federation software, you can create membership cards and advertise various offers and discount campaigns here. You can work with links and barcodes as well as QR codes - whatever suits your partner best.
How you ultimately want to use this function is of course up to you. Some federations have just come to terms with the commercial elements for example set up a solution where the clubs could decide for themselves whether they want to show the offers or not. Others have set up “kick-back” for the clubs so that they can earn something when their members make purchases.
